An Anniversary Gala

The brief

The client needed an evening that recognised long-serving staff, entertained senior clients and stayed inside a fixed brand identity — all within a three-hour programme.

The concept

A restrained, architectural design in the client's own brand colours, with the stage as the single focal point. We resisted decorating the room and instead invested the budget in lighting and staging, so the space transformed between the awards and the dinner.

The execution

A tightly rehearsed run of show, full technical production, and a registration process that seated 450 guests in under twenty-five minutes.
